Instructions for Listing/Advertising your properties on OSASOSEJI.COM

1. Register on our website for an Online Property Listing Account by clicking HERE

2. Contact us at: proplistings@osasoseji.com or Call any of our Branch Office for Online Property listing fee

3. Pay your Online Property Listing Fee

4. Use the Online Property Listing Account you create in Step 1 above to upload your listing.

5. Our Online Property Listing Manager will approve your listing(s) to go online once your payment is confirmed.

6. If you listing does not appear online after payment, email proplistings@osasoseji.com or Call any of our Branch Office

Terms Of Use (TOU):

Online property listing on Osasoseji.com is a priviledge whereby we use our good name to help you market your property. We therefore reserve the rights to terminate your Online listing if there is a violation of user priviledges. In such cases of violation of our TOU, there shall be no refunds of any service fee paid.

OO shall not be liable for any litigation or legal action(s) that may arise from the property listed by you on osasoseji.com. By signing up for our Online Property listing service, you agree to take absolute responsibility for all listings through your account, even if listed by you or somebody else who has access to your online property listing account.
